I took this picture on my way to the bus the other morning. I can never quite capture things the way I wish I could. It has been rather sunny and beautiful the past couple of days. I spent Saturday at the pool, and I have the sunburn to prove it. It was one of the most relaxing days I've had since I've been in China.
I have a busy week ahead. I will be leaving on Friday for a volleyball trip. It's funny because we will be flying to the school to play in a tournament, but in all of my volleyball days I have never flown to play another school. Even in college we would bus to Florida or Iowa, but never fly. I'm really excited to spend time with the girls and watch some volleyball. Then we are back to school for a week and the following week is October holiday. I have a retreat that I will attend with my company at the beginning of the week, then I will hop a plane to Chengdu to spend some time with my man.
These days I'm learning about what true worship looks like, and I am being challenged to be living that out in my daily life. I am constantly reminded of His faithfulness and his blessing. It has been breathtaking as I look back over the last couple of years and realize the obvious, He leads me when I let him.
